Looking for a fun, creative space for your next get-together? Our Party Room, the Backspace is the perfect spot for birthdays, showers, team outings, or just a night out with friends.
We’ll provide the tools, supplies, and instruction for your chosen craft project or we can just provide the space — you bring the guests (and your favorite snacks + drinks!).
Add-on packages featuring local treats are also available to make your event extra special.

Bella Vita Private Party Policies
Booking & Payment
A $50 deposit is required to reserve your date. The deposit will be applied to your total bill, with the remaining balance due at the conclusion of your event.Â
Cancellation Policy
We totally understand that plans change! Your deposit is refundable up to 14 days before your event. Cancellations made within 14 days are non-refundable, but may be applied to a future date (pending availability).
Timing & Packages
• Event length depends on group size and whether Bella Vita is leading the activity. For example, a group of 8 doing a Bella Vita–led craft (like The Crew package) would typically be scheduled for 2 hours.
• We’ll discuss timing with you at booking to make sure the pace feels relaxed and fun.
• Prefer to bring your own project or activity? Book the À La Carte option, which gives you the space without facilitation.
Food & Drink
Outside food and beverages are welcome! Alcohol is permitted for private events, but hosts are responsible for following local laws and verifying that guests are 21+
Decor & Setup
Bring your decorations and personal touches—but nothing permanent, please! Use painter’s tape or command hooks if needed. You may arrive up to 30 minutes early for setup unless otherwise arranged.
Clean-Up Expectations
We’ll handle the deep clean—you just help by tossing trash in the bins and leaving things as you found them.
Since we allow food, drinks, and cake, a $50 cleaning fee is included with every event.Â
Extra fees
May apply if the space requires significant additional cleaning.
Damage & Liability
The host is responsible for any damage to the space or furnishings during the event. We’ll do a quick walk-through before and after to make sure everything looks good.
