Order Information

When can I expect my order to ship?

Our talented team handcrafts each item, with many pieces made-to-order. Usually, your order will be shipped within 1–3 business days. However, during peak times, it could take 7–10 business days. If you're in a hurry, feel free to contact us, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Remember, we're closed on Sundays and Mondays, so orders placed on these days will be handled on Tuesdays.

Can I pick up my order in-store?

Absolutely! Save on shipping fees by choosing "In-Store Pickup" when you checkout. We'll give you a call when your order is ready. Please remember that some orders take more time to prepare. We're closed on Sundays and Mondays, so orders placed on these days will be handled on Tuesdays.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Treat your jewelry kindly! Avoid humid areas, and never store your jewelry in the bathroom. Try to keep brass pieces dry to prevent tarnish. For cleaning flat surfaces or detailed pieces, use a jewelry polishing cloth or extra-fine steel wool. If you need more help, bring your jewelry to our shop, and we'd be glad to assist.

Do your metal cuff bracelets fit all sizes?

Yes! Our hand-stamped cuff bracelets are made with malleable metal to fit most adult wrists. Once you receive your cuff bracelet, make sure to fit it snugly to your wrist for a secure fit.

What do the abbreviations in your product descriptions mean?

Our abbreviations denote the material of the product. Here's what they mean: AGP: antique gold plated; SP - Silver Plated; GP - Gold Plated; SS - Sterling Silver; 14k GF - 14 Karat Gold Filled.

Can I place an order by phone?

Yes! If you prefer to place an order without using the website or if you have any questions, feel free to email info@bellavitajewelry.net or call 501.396.9146. We are available Monday–Friday 8–5 and Saturday 10–4.

Do you accept custom orders?

We love custom orders! But remember, these orders need to be paid for in advance and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Can I sleep in my jewelry? Work out in my jewelry?

We don't recommend sleeping or working out in your jewelry, especially those made of plated materials like AGP, SP, and GP. These actions can cause unnecessary wear and reduce the lifespan of your pieces.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return or exchange policy?

If you're not delighted with your purchase, you can return it for store credit or exchange within 7 days of your ship date. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Custom orders, however, are not eligible for return or exchange. To process a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a Return Authorization (RA) number.

How do I ship a return or exchange item?

Please mail your product to 108 W. 6th St, Suite A, Little Rock, Arkansas US 72201. You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Are sale items eligible for return/exchange?

Only regular-priced items may be returned for store credit. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Store Information

When is your brick-and-mortar store open?

Visit us in downtown Little Rock, AR! We're open Tuesday–Friday 11–5:30, and Saturday 10–4, or by appointment. We stay open until 8 p.m. on the second Friday of every month, with extended hours for holidays like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.
