Looking for something a little different for your next celebration? Host your gathering at Bella Vita in downtown Little Rock!

Birthdays, holiday parties, team outings, showers, friends' nights, family gatherings—we love bringing people together to make something, learn something, and have a good time.

Tucked just behind our shop, The Backspace at Bella Vita is our cozy private party space for groups of up to 20 guests. Choose one of our Bella Vita–led creative experiences, or rent the space and bring an activity of your own.

Bring your people (and your snacks). We'll provide the creative atmosphere.

Our guided experiences include the tools, materials and instruction you need to create something you'll actually want to take home.

Bead Soup Bracelets — $25/person
Dig into our colorful mix of beads and create an intuitive, one-of-a-kind bracelet. No two are ever quite the same.

Charm Bar Bracelets — starting at $35/person
Choose your chain and tell your story with a custom combination of charms.

Permanent Jewelry — starting at $45/person

Earring Party — $25/person
Mix, match and create a custom pair of earrings that's completely your own.

Vision Board Journals — $25/person
Create a personal vision board directly inside a new journal to keep your ideas, dreams and intentions close.

DIY Rhinestone Box — $20/person
Decorate a keepsake box with rhinestones, sparkle and plenty of personality.

Crack a Geode — $25/person
Crack open your own geode and discover the crystals hiding inside.

Tie Dye Shirts — $50/person
A colorful, hands-on crowd favorite that's fun for all ages.

Most Bella Vita–led experiences fit comfortably within a two-hour party. Project availability may vary depending on group size, timing and materials, and we'll help you choose the best experience for your group.

Want to Do Your Own Thing?

Have your own activity, instructor, meeting or gathering in mind?

You can rent The Backspace without a Bella Vita–led project for $50/hour and make the space your own.

Outside instructors and activities are welcome. Have an idea? Ask us!

Booking Your Party

A minimum of 8 projects or experiences is required to book a private Bella Vita event.

Have fewer than eight guests? That's okay! Smaller groups may meet the minimum by doubling up on projects.

For groups of just 2–4 people, ask us about hosting a mini creative gathering in our Button Room.

A $50 booking deposit is required to reserve your date. This fee covers use of The Backspace and kitchen, cleaning and resetting the room, and trash removal. 

Once you've booked, we'll contact you within 24–48 hours to confirm your experience, party time and other details.

About The Backspace

The Backspace is a bit of a patchwork quilt.

Nothing matches perfectly back here, and that's part of its charm. Our plates, glasses, mugs and serving pieces are eclectic, collected and well-loved. The room is comfortable, creative and very Bella Vita.

Your party includes access to our full kitchen and an assortment of:

• Plates, glasses, mugs and utensils

• Serving platters and basic serving pieces

• Water pitchers and cups

• Assorted glassware

• Paper towels and trash bags

• Basic cleaning supplies

If you're dreaming of a very specific aesthetic or need specialty serving pieces, you're welcome to bring anything extra you'd like.

Otherwise, embrace the mix-and-match vibe. We do. ❤️

Private Party Policies

Timing

Event length depends on your group size and chosen experience. Most Bella Vita–led parties for a group of eight can be comfortably completed within approximately two hours.

We'll finalize timing during booking so your group has plenty of time to create, visit and enjoy the experience without feeling rushed.

Food & Drinks

Outside food and beverages are welcome.

Alcohol is permitted at private events. Hosts are responsible for following applicable laws and ensuring alcoholic beverages are consumed only by guests age 21 and older.

Decorations & Setup

Decorations and personal touches are welcome!

Please avoid anything that could permanently alter the space. Painter's tape and Command hooks work well, and we have a clothesline-style rope that's perfect for hanging banners and lightweight decorations.

Hosts may arrive up to 30 minutes early for setup unless otherwise arranged.

Clean-Up

We'll handle the deep cleaning and reset after your party.

We simply ask that you:

• Dispose of trash

• Rinse used dishes and load the dishwasher

• Leave the space generally as you found it

Additional fees may apply if significant extra cleaning or repair is required.

Cancellations

Your $50 booking deposit is refundable up to 14 days before your event.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable, but the deposit may be applied toward a future available date.

Damage & Liability

The event host is responsible for damage to the space, furnishings or Bella Vita property during the event. A quick walk-through may be completed before and after your gathering.
