Exchanges & Repairs
All Bella Vita Jewelry is special, one-of-a-kind wearable art. I pride myself in uniqueness, craftsmanship and quality. If anything were to break due to an error on my part, I will gladly make appropriate repairs. Jewelry purchased from my website can be repaired at no charge up to 90 days after the purchase date with proof of a receipt. After 90 days I will provide you with a quote to cover materials and labor. All shipping is to be paid by the buyer, and postal insurance is highly recommended.
If, for some reason, you are not happy with a purchase I will gladly exchange any unworn jewelry up to 10 days after the date of purchase.
Please contact me to discuss repairs or exchanges. We will then go from there and get you back to wearing your new jewels.
To get the most out of your jewelry please read and understand the following:
If the metal used is not noted as sterling silver, 14k gold filled or vermeil, then I have used a plated-base metal wire which will, over time, dull and turn colors. Try to avoid getting your jewelry wet; this will help preserve the finishes on the materials. All metals tarnish; tarnish is simply dirt from being exposed to air and elements. You can easily clean the metal on your jewelry with a polish cloth.
Sales Tax
All orders shipped within the state of Oklahoma will be charged the appropriate City, County & State taxes.
Shipping, Handling & Insurance
All packages are shipped First Class with the United States Postal Service. and all orders over $35 are insured. First Class mail usually arrives at it’s destination within 2-3 business days. If you desire a different or faster shipping method please contact me, brandy.elizabeth@gmail.com to make arragnements.
All international orders will be contacted with a quote before your order is shipped.
